Neal A. Price, CPA, PFS, MSPFP, Senior Partner, formed Neal A. Price, CPA in December of 1978. His accounting and audit experiences include closely-held companies in many diverse industries, as well as various nonprofit entities. After 25 years of successfully cultivating solid relationships with his tax clients, Neal decided to pursue a Masters Degree in Personal Financial Planning from Bentley College. His decision to broaden the spectrum of services offered to his clients was spurred not only by the multitude of requests from his clients, but also because it is of great import to him to foster and protect the financial well-being of all of his clients. In addition to an M.S. degree , Neal holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Providence College. As Investment Advisor Representative / Registered Representative of Cambridge Investment Research, Inc., he holds NASD Series 6, 63 and 65 securities registrations in Massachusetts. His professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. He also holds the designation “Personal Financial Specialist” from the AICPA.

Paul D. Price, CPA, MST joined his brother, Neal, in forming the partnership, Neal A. Price & Company, in December of 1986. His assignments have included audit engagements as well as various other accounting and tax services for clients. His professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. Paul graduated from Providence College with a B.S. degree in Accounting, and also holds a Masters Degree in Taxation from Bentley College.

Peter graduated from Providence College with a B.S. degree in Accounting.

Patrick graduated Cum Laude from Providence College with a B.S. degree in Accounting, and is currently pursuing an M.S. in Personal Financial Planning at Bentley College. Susan Price, Bookkeeper
and wife of Neal Price, maintains all accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax return input and a multitude of other financial records for Neal A. Price & Company. With the exception of Neal Price, Susan has the longest tenure of any other employee at the firm.

Jean Cronin, Staff Accountant, has over 20 years experience in the accounting field. She obtained an Associates Degree from Newbury College and is currently pursuing an additional degree in Accounting. Her area of expertise includes full-charge bookkeeping, including payroll tax preparation. Previous employment includes Clear Point Consultants (Staff Accountant) and West Lynn Creamery (Staff Accountant). Jean also serves as a Notary Public.

Michelle Nalesnik, Office Manager, has an Associates Degree from Marian Court College in addition to a B.S. degree in Office Administration from Salem State College. Michelle joined Neal A. Price & Company in 1986 as a part-time employee, then was promoted to Office Manager in a full-time capacity in 1988.

Beverly Palmquist, Account Manager, joined Neal A. Price & Company in 1999. Her current functions include overseeing the daily accounting and computer activities of 16 convenient stores, as well as Meals Taxes, Sales Taxes and Cigar Taxes. She has an Associates Degree in Accounting from Lasell College. Prior to joining our staff, Beverly was the Accounting Manager for West Lynn Creamery/Richdale for 19 years. Other engagements include 5 years at H&R Block as a Tax Preparer and 9 years with Eldrige & Finness, CPAs as an Administrative Assistant.

Leigh Berry has been employed as Marketing Coordinator since 2004. She has a B.A. in Theater Arts from Providence College, and her area of expertise includes direct mail campaigns, website management and desktop publishing. Previous employment includes Gloucester Stage Company (Marketing Director), East Boston Savings Bank (Direct Marketing Coordinator) and Aquent Partners (Presentation Designer).
